Software license
Understand the license that governs access to SwarmCraft, the limits on use, and the responsibilities that apply to your organisation and authorised users.
Limited non-exclusive license
Effective date: 19 May 2026.
This Software License explains the basis on which SwarmCraft Pty Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the SwarmCraft website, product interfaces, documentation, and related materials.
By accessing or using SwarmCraft, you agree to this Software License together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Settings page. If you do not agree, you must not use SwarmCraft.
- The license is limited to your internal business use, evaluation, workflow planning, project setup, and other use we expressly permit.
- The license does not transfer ownership of SwarmCraft, its software, its documentation, or its branding.
- Your right to use SwarmCraft remains subject to account status, payment status, security requirements, and any suspension or termination rights described in the Terms of Service.
Permitted use
Subject to these terms, you may use SwarmCraft to discover, define, plan, and manage narrow workflow replacement work inside your organisation. You may also allow your employees, contractors, and advisers to use SwarmCraft on your behalf if they are bound to comply with these terms and you remain responsible for their conduct.
- Create and manage accounts, chats, project records, and workflow-planning artefacts for legitimate internal business purposes.
- Upload or submit information you are entitled to use so SwarmCraft can help structure delivery, planning, or replacement work.
- Use outputs generated through the service, subject to any third-party rights, open-source license obligations, or restrictions attached to your own source material.
Restrictions
You must not use SwarmCraft in a way that harms the platform, other users, or third parties. You must not use the service to avoid payment obligations, defeat security controls, or build a competing service from the product itself.
- Copy, frame, mirror, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit SwarmCraft except as we expressly allow.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from the service except to the limited extent applicable law cannot prevent it.
- Interfere with platform security, rate limits, authentication, or any other technical protection measure.
- Access data, accounts, prompts, or project material that you are not authorised to access.
- Upload malicious code, unlawful content, or material that infringes intellectual-property, confidentiality, privacy, or other rights.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the people, devices, integrations, and data sources you connect to SwarmCraft under your account. You must keep credentials secure, review outputs before relying on them, and make sure you have rights to the information you submit.
SwarmCraft can help accelerate planning and delivery work, but you remain responsible for business decisions, legal compliance, implementation quality, and downstream use of generated outputs.
- Maintain accurate account information and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
- Ensure that your prompts, files, workflow data, and uploaded materials do not breach law or third-party rights.
- Review generated plans, tasks, and recommendations before using them in production, customer-facing, regulated, or safety-critical contexts.
Intellectual property and outputs
SwarmCraft Pty Ltd and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the SwarmCraft platform, user interface, documentation, site content, trade marks, and all related intellectual property. This Software License only grants a right to use the service under the terms described here.
As between you and SwarmCraft, you retain your rights in materials you submit to the service. Subject to payment status, third-party rights, and any open-source or upstream licensing constraints, you may use outputs created for you through SwarmCraft for your internal business purposes. Ownership of outputs does not include ownership of the SwarmCraft platform itself.
Availability and warranty
SwarmCraft is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, improve, suspend, or remove features at any time, including during beta, preview, trial, or early commercial phases. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that the service will meet every workflow, integration, or compliance need you may have.
Nothing in this Software License excludes, restricts, or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Subject to those non-excludable rights, all other warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Suspension, termination, and governing law
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or legal risk, misuse the platform, or if we are otherwise required to do so by law. On termination, your license to use SwarmCraft ends immediately.
