Choose the starting path that fits your work. You do not need to use Operate before creating a project. Fast Start and Deep Discovery produce an implementation-ready project, not a finished or hosted application.
How payment works
1,000 credits = $50 AUD. 20 credits = $1 AUD. Fast Start’s fixed fee is 800 credits; Deep Discovery’s is 1,600 credits. Both also use credits for measured project-generation AI.
Review the quote before creating a project. Project-board generation uses SwarmCraft AI, and work pauses before an AI call your balance cannot fund. The fixed fee is not the total generation cost.
Provider cost for measured input, cached-input, and output tokens is converted to AUD, multiplied by 1.5, then converted to credits. Before each server AI call, SwarmCraft reserves its maximum charge, settles actual usage, and releases the unused reservation.
What’s separate
For Operate and local development, your chosen AI provider’s charges apply separately. Optional Managed AI through the CLI uses your SwarmCraft credit balance.
Application hosting, deployment, and human implementation or review services are not included in these prices. You control the source code and decide how to build and run your application.

Yes. SwarmCraft's Work, Automate, and Formalise skills are free to use. Sign in with a free SwarmCraft account to set up or update your repository. Your chosen AI provider's charges apply separately; Operate does not require project credits.
No. Start directly with Fast Start or Deep Discovery if you already need an application. You can also keep using Operate without creating a project.
Use Fast Start when a focused guided intake can establish a trustworthy workflow and existing record boundary. Use Deep Discovery when the operation needs sources, owner interviews, or migration and record-ownership analysis.
Credits pay the fixed Platform Orchestration fee and the measured server-side AI used to create your project board. Optional Managed AI during CLI development uses the same balance.
Neither. Operate is free, and project creation uses prepaid credits you buy when you need them. There is no monthly subscription or per-seat fee. Your own AI provider's charges apply separately.
Fast Start orchestration is 800 credits ($40 AUD). Deep Discovery is 1,600 credits ($80 AUD) because it coordinates a larger evidence and review process. Both also consume measured project-generation AI.
SwarmCraft measures input, cached-input, and output tokens. Provider cost is converted to AUD, multiplied by 1.5, and converted at 20 credits per $1 AUD. Work pauses before a call that your balance cannot fund.

Purchased and referral credits do not expire. Promotional credits expire after 90 days. A wholly unused purchased pack may be refunded within 14 days, with exceptional or legally required cases reviewed by support.
Every five qualified referrals earns 800 credits, equivalent to $40 AUD of SwarmCraft services. Anti-abuse and one-milestone-per-five rules apply.
Credit purchases depend on your account's country eligibility. Check the credits page for the options available to your account. Eligible accounts may receive a temporary one-time project-credit grant; this is separate from free Operate.
