What changes when the project is created

Creating the project gives you:

  • a durable project record instead of a temporary chat-only state
  • a board ready for ticketed delivery work
  • a clearer handoff from definition into implementation

Keep the first project controlled

Your first project should still reflect the same focused workflow you defined in chat. If the project suddenly expands to cover the full suite, you are usually moving too fast.

What happens next

Once the project exists, the real delivery loop moves into the board and the VS Code extension.
