What changes when the project is created
Creating the project gives you:
- a durable project record instead of a temporary chat-only state
- a board ready for task-based delivery work
- a clearer handoff from definition into implementation
Keep the first project controlled
Your Fast Start project should reflect the focused workflow and existing system-of-record boundary you confirmed. If the project suddenly expands into record migration or a broader operation, stop and use Deep Discovery rather than stretching the focused handoff.
What happens next
Once the project exists, the real delivery loop moves into the board and the VS Code extension.
