Start your first discovery chat

Begin with the workflow you actually want to replace so SwarmCraft can keep the scope practical, controlled, and buildable.

Start your first discovery chat

SwarmCraft works best when you start with one workflow, one owner, and one target product.

Discovery to delivery flow

What to bring into the chat

Your first chat should answer questions like these:

  • what workflow are people still doing today?
  • which product are you trying to replace or reduce?
  • who performs the work?
  • what is awkward, expensive, or underused?
  • what system of record still needs to stay in place?

What good discovery sounds like

The strongest discovery conversations stay practical. They name the workflow, the people involved, the pain points, and the desired outcome without trying to redesign the whole company in one session.

What to avoid

Avoid prompts like "replace our whole platform" or "rebuild everything with AI". That scope is usually too broad to verify, price, or ship.

When the workflow is clear, move to Confirm the summary.
