Reopen and continue Fast Start

Return to a recent Fast Start thread when the bounded workflow needs another answer before confirmation or Project Unlock.

Reopen and continue Fast Start

Not every bounded workflow can be defined in one sitting. SwarmCraft keeps recent Fast Start chats in the workbench so you can return when another answer is needed.

When to reopen instead of unlocking

Reopen a chat if:

  • the owner or actor list is still unclear
  • the kept system-of-record boundary is not settled
  • the replacement target changed during discovery
  • you need a stakeholder to confirm the summary before delivery starts

Where to find prior work

Use Recent chats in the workbench rail to reopen a previous thread and continue from the existing context instead of starting from scratch.

What to finish before moving on

Use the reopened chat to tighten the same workflow scope rather than spinning up a second, unrelated project in the same thread.

If repeated chat turns still cannot resolve the actors, records, rules, controls, or migration boundary, move to Deep Discovery before Project Unlock.
