Use the support workspace

Create a support ticket inside the authenticated SwarmCraft workbench, follow the reply thread, and continue the conversation in one place.

Use the support workspace

SwarmCraft has a dedicated in-product support workspace for signed-in users.

Use it when you need help with account access, billing, bugs, integrations, performance, workspace setup, or another product issue that needs a tracked reply.

Where support lives

The customer-facing support area lives inside the authenticated workbench at /app/support.

If you are not signed in yet, start with the login flow and return to the support workspace after authentication.

How to submit a support ticket

  1. Sign in to SwarmCraft.
  2. Open the Support area in the workbench.
  3. Select New ticket.
  4. Add a short subject.
  5. Choose the closest topic.
  6. Describe the problem, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  7. Submit the ticket.

The first ticket form is designed for practical product help. It supports topics such as account access, billing and invoices, bug reports, feature requests, integrations, performance, and workspace setup.

What happens after you submit

After submission, the support ticket stays visible in the support workspace so you can:

  • review the current ticket status
  • read the full message thread
  • post follow-up replies when the support team asks for more detail

SwarmCraft also notifies the internal support queue so an operator can review the ticket and respond from the product.

What to include in a good support ticket

The best support tickets stay concrete.

Include details like:

  • what you were trying to do
  • what route or part of the product you were using
  • what you expected to happen
  • what happened instead
  • any useful error text or screenshots

If the problem is related to the VS Code extension, also include:

  • your VS Code version
  • your SwarmCraft extension version
  • any overridden swarmcraft.apiBaseUrl or swarmcraft.webBaseUrl settings
  • the relevant output from SwarmCraft: Show Output

When to use support instead of chat

Use the discovery chat when you want to define a workflow replacement or decide whether SwarmCraft is a fit.

Use the support workspace when you already need product help and want a tracked ticket with follow-up replies.

If you still need the setup path before support, continue with Sign in and set up MFA.
