After Fast Start is confirmed or a Deep Discovery package is admitted, review the API-backed quote. It shows the fixed route fee, estimated server AI usage, available balance, currency, country availability, and any promotional contribution.
Fast Start branch
- At Ready to start, select Start project.
- Recheck the captured workflow, current system, desired outcome, and confidence.
- Review Platform orchestration, Estimated AI Usage, and Available now.
- Enter the two-letter country where the account is based.
- Select Create project, or Keep chatting to correct the brief.
Deep Discovery branch
- Open Review Deep Discovery Pricing and Create Project from VS Code or the admitted package in Discoveries.
- Recheck the first-release goal and replacement boundary from the admitted digest.
- Review the orchestration fee, estimated AI Usage, and available balance.
- Enter the two-letter account country and select Create project.
Changing local discovery files does not change an admitted package. Prepare and authorize a new digest when the reviewed evidence changes.
What changes when the project is created
Project creation always uses SwarmCraft's server AI. Customer-supplied Codex or Copilot and optional Managed AI are later delivery choices; neither generates the initial board.
Creating the project gives you:
- a durable project record instead of a temporary chat-only state
- a board ready for task-based delivery work
- a clearer handoff from definition into implementation
Respond to the current state
- Quote ready: approve only if the brief or admitted package, account country, amount, and balance are correct.
- Insufficient credits: open Billing, add an eligible pack, then return to the saved quote. Do not repeat discovery.
- Generating: keep the page open or return later. Generation commits valid checkpoints as they complete.
- Retry available: retry the same run. It reuses the admitted subject and completed checkpoints without charging the fixed orchestration fee again.
- Support needed: use SwarmCraft support and share only the requested content-safe run metadata.
- Project ready: open the project, then connect its delivery repository.
For Fast Start, stop before approval if the scope has expanded beyond the confirmed workflow or kept record boundary. For Deep Discovery, generation remains bound to the exact admitted digest.
What happens next
Once the project exists, connect the ready project, then use the project board. If discovery is incomplete, return to Fast Start or Complete Deep Discovery before spending credits.
