Contact SwarmCraft support

Create a support ticket inside the authenticated SwarmCraft workbench, follow the reply thread, and continue the conversation in one place.

Contact SwarmCraft support

SwarmCraft has a dedicated in-product support workspace for signed-in users.

Use it when you need help with account access, billing, bugs, integrations, performance, workspace setup, or another product issue that needs a tracked reply.

Open Support in the authenticated workbench. If sign-in is the problem, use the available browser recovery path first; never send a password, passkey, TOTP value, recovery code, provider credential, or token to support.

How to submit a support ticket

  1. Sign in to SwarmCraft.
  2. Open Support.
  3. Select New ticket.
  4. Add a short subject.
  5. Choose the closest topic.
  6. Describe the problem, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  7. Submit the ticket.

The first ticket form is designed for practical product help. It supports topics such as account access, billing and invoices, bug reports, feature requests, integrations, performance, and workspace setup.

Follow the ticket

After submission, the support ticket stays visible in the support workspace so you can:

  • review the current ticket status
  • read the full message thread
  • post follow-up replies when the support team asks for more detail

Include:

  • what you were trying to do
  • what route or part of the product you were using
  • what you expected to happen
  • what happened instead
  • any useful error text or screenshots

If the problem is related to the VS Code extension, also include:

  • your VS Code version
  • your SwarmCraft extension version
  • any overridden swarmcraft.apiBaseUrl or swarmcraft.webBaseUrl settings
  • the relevant output from SwarmCraft: Show Output

For a CLI run, include the reviewed redacted support bundle. For Setup, include only displayed diagnostic codes. Remove personal paths, private source, installer output, browser codes, and credentials before attaching anything.

When to use support instead of chat

Use the discovery chat when you want to define a workflow replacement or decide whether SwarmCraft is a fit.

Use the support workspace when you already need product help and want a tracked ticket with follow-up replies.

Success means the ticket appears in Support with its status and message thread. Reply in that thread so context stays attached to the issue. If self-recovery is appropriate, start with Troubleshoot SwarmCraft.
