Use Fast Start

Define one bounded workflow, review its summary, and resume when needed before approving project creation.

Use Fast Start

Fast Start turns one clear workflow into a confirmed brief in the browser. Use it when the existing system will remain the system of record.

Before you start

Know who owns the workflow, who performs it, what is painful, and which records remain authoritative. You may attach up to three relevant PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, or CSV files; the confirmed intake, not an attachment, is the final generation subject.

Start the intake

  1. Open Fast Start.
  2. Describe one workflow, its owner, the current product, and the result you want.
  3. Answer the next focused question shown by the application.
  4. Correct assumptions as soon as they appear.

Do not ask to replace an entire platform. If the intake cannot settle actors, rules, exceptions, controls, or record ownership, stop and use Deep Discovery.

Confirm the brief

At Confirmation step, review the current brief for:

  • target workflow and accountable owner
  • users and pain
  • intended outcome and exclusions
  • integrations and constraints
  • the existing system that keeps authoritative records

Choose the correction path if any boundary is vague. Confirm only when another person could understand the proposed first release without replaying the chat. Ready to start proves that the confirmed brief can move to a quote; it does not spend credits or create a project.

Reopen an unfinished chat

Signed-in chats appear under Recent chats in the workbench rail. Reopen the same chat, resolve the missing decision, and confirm the revised brief. Do not start a second chat for the same boundary unless you intend a separate project.

Continue to project creation

Fast Start uses a fixed 800-credit orchestration fee plus measured server AI usage. It has no subscription, hidden Blueprint, or second board-approval step. Review the current quote and account balance before creation.

Review the quote and create the project.
