How SwarmCraft works

SwarmCraft helps you build and own the software your operation needs, with the control and confidence to keep improving it. The aim is to reduce software waste and manual work, not add another platform to depend on.

Build software that fits your business

You do not need every feature in a broad SaaS platform. You need the workflows, records, and rules that make your operation work properly.

Start with a useful piece of work, automate a suitable task, or develop a focused application. Build around how your business works and expand when a real need appears.

Own the work from the start

Create a SwarmCraft account and set up your workspace in VS Code. Choose or create a Git repository that you control.

A repository is your working folder with a history of changes. It holds the knowledge, records, automations, and source code you develop. You control access, can review what changed, and retain the work as a foundation for whatever comes next.

Your judgement guides the build

You understand the operation: what needs to happen, what matters, and whether an outcome is right. Your AI assistant uses SwarmCraft skills to help organise the work, make changes, and check the results.

You direct the outcome and review important decisions. You do not need to design the technical structure yourself, but your judgement remains part of the process.

When you create an application project, SwarmCraft turns the reviewed scope into a task board and implementation guidance. You and your AI assistant then build, check, and review the software in your repository. It is a supported build process, not an instant finished app.

Keep control. Keep improving.

You control the repository, who can access it, and how the resulting software is deployed and maintained. The history helps you review changes and recover earlier work.

You can continue developing with SwarmCraft, another AI assistant, your own team, or a different supplier. Your source code is not locked inside a SwarmCraft runtime. Hosting, provider services, and responsible operation remain choices and responsibilities for your business.

The goal is to leave your business more capable: less dependent on software that does not fit, more confident about what you own, and able to keep shaping it as your operation changes.

What if we need someone to build and maintain the software?

You can hire directly or develop someone within your business into a full-cycle developer. They bring technical foundations, learn your operation, and take responsibility through discovery, development, deployment, and ongoing improvement. Your business provides priorities, access, and suitable review and support. SwarmCraft currently provides tools and methods, not a matching or placement service.
